How to Change Your Child’s Coach

At Coachbit, we understand that every child is different, and sometimes a change in coach can make all the difference in helping them thrive. Whether it’s due to coaching style, scheduling, or simply a better personality fit—we’re here to help.


We offer two options for requesting a coach change:


1️⃣ Contact the Coach and CC Support

If you’d like to request a coach change, we recommend first emailing your child’s coach directly and CC’ing support@coachbit.com.

  • Share why you’re requesting a change—this helps the coach understand what didn’t work and gives them the opportunity to improve or offer a solution.

  • In many cases, your coach may be able to adjust the session time or adapt their approach to better support your child.

This option encourages open communication and gives us the best chance to make things right quickly.


2️⃣ Contact Robin (Head of People)

If you’d prefer not to speak directly with your child’s coach, you’re welcome to email Robin, our Head of People, at robin@coachbit.com.

  • Please include your child’s name and your reason for the request.

  • Robin will look into the matter and coordinate with the Team Lead to make sure we find the right fit moving forward.
