How to Reset Your Password for the Parent Dashboard

If you've forgotten your login details for your Parent Dashboard, don’t worry! You can easily reset your password and regain access. Here’s how to reset your password:

Step 1: Visit the Account Page

Go to the Coachbit Parent Dashboard Login page and enter your email address and click sign in with a password instead

Step 2: Request a Password Reset 

If you’re unable to log in, navigate to the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. 

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address 

On the reset page, enter the email address associated with your Coachbit account and check your inbox for a Password Reset Email.

Step 4: Create a New Password

You will receive an email with a password reset link. Open the email and click on the "Reset your Password" button. 

Step 5: Create a New Password

Enter a new password that meets the following criteria:

• At least 6 characters long
• Includes one digit, one letter, and one special character (e.g., !, @, ?, #, $).

How to change your password from within the Parent Dashboard

If you want to change your password within your Parent Dashboard at any time in the future, you can do so by:

1. Going to My Account
2. Scroll down to change password and click on Edit.
