Chat-based Coaching Overview

Modified on Wed, 14 May at 6:39 AM

The Chat-based Coaching Program offers flexible support for students who are self-motivated and prefer low-touch guidance. This program encourages independence while ensuring students stay on track through structured weekly check-ins and daily habits.

1x Weekly Chat-based Session

Each week, your child receives support from their dedicated coach through chat-based communication in the Coachbit app. These sessions focus on:

  • Encouragement and accountability

  • Adjusting the habit-building plan

  • Motivation to keep progressing

Although these are not live calls, the coach is present and engages directly with your child during the scheduled session time through text, voice, and video messages.

Daily Tiny Tasks

Students receive one small, actionable task each day in the app. These tasks are:

  • Designed to reinforce time management, organization, and focus

  • Tailored to help build consistent habits

  • Easy to complete at the student's own pace

This steady approach builds self-discipline and life skills without overwhelming the student.

Reward System

To keep students motivated, they earn points by completing daily tasks and leveling up. Parents can create personalized rewards—like choosing takeout dinner or earning screen time—to encourage consistency.
