How does the Coachbit app work?

Modified on Thu, 29 May at 3:50 AM

The Coachbit app is the central hub for your child’s coaching experience. It’s designed to help students stay organized, build better habits, and engage with their coach in a simple and structured way. Here’s how it works:

1. Daily Coaching Sessions

Each weekday, your child receives a short 10–15 minute coaching session through the app. Their coach checks in, assigns personalized tasks, and provides encouragement and feedback.

2. Task Management

Students complete daily tasks based on their coaching module (like time management, organization, or confidence). These tasks are designed to build strong habits step by step.

3. Built-In Tools

The app includes helpful features like a Focus Timer, Task Checklist, and Progress Tracker, making it easy for students to stay on track and manage their time.

4. Ongoing Support

Coaches communicate directly through the app, sending voice notes and messages to keep students motivated and answer questions. This builds accountability and connection.

5. Progress Insights

Parents receive weekly updates via email about their child’s growth and development, while students can view their own progress in-app to stay motivated.

Coachbit is available on both iOS and Android, and while tablets are supported, we recommend using a smartphone for the best experience.
