⚠️ Important: As a parent, you do not need to download the Coachbit app on your device. The app is specifically for your child, and they should use it to complete their coaching activities.

Follow these easy steps to download and sign up for the Coachbit app, so your child can start their coaching journey:

Step 1: Download the Coachbit App

First, you need to download the Coachbit app on your child's device. Depending on your child's device, choose one of the following options:

Alternatively, search for "Coachbit" in the store and tap the Download or Install button.

Step 2: Open the App

After the app has finished downloading, open it to get started. The app will prompt you to allow notifications—this helps your child stay informed with important reminders and updates on their progress. Once you've allowed notifications, you'll be directed to the login screen.

Step 3: Sign Up

On the login screen, click the "Sign Up" button to begin your registration process.

  • Enter your child's First Name and Last Name.
  • Enter your child's Phone Number.
    • A two-step verification code will be sent to your child's phone number for security.

Step 4: Complete Registration

Once your child's phone number is verified, follow the on-screen prompts to complete your child's registration.

Troubleshooting Step

This troubleshooting step applies only to parents who have an active subscription.

⚠️ Important: After downloading, if your child goes to the Chat tab and sees a Coachbit icon instead of their coach's profile image, please email support at support@coachbit.com for assistance in properly setting up your child’s profile and linking it to your Parent Dashboard.
