If you haven't received the link to download the Coachbit app, please follow these steps to ensure your child is set up and ready for coaching:


Step 1: Download the Coachbit App

First, you need to download the Coachbit app. Depending on your device, choose one of the following options:

Alternatively, search for "Coachbit" in the store and tap the Download or Install button.


Step 2: Open the App

After the app has finished downloading, open it to get started. The app will prompt you to allow notifications—this helps you stay informed with important reminders and updates on your progress. Once you've allowed notifications, you'll be directed to the login screen.


Step 3: Sign Up

On the login screen, click the "Sign Up" button to begin your registration process.

  • Enter your First Name and Last Name.
  • Enter your Phone Number.
    • A two-step verification code will be sent to your phone number for security.

Step 4: Complete Registration

Once your phone number is verified, follow the on-screen prompts to complete your registration.


Troubleshooting Step

This troubleshooting step applies only to parents who have an active subscription.


⚠️ Important: After downloading, if your child goes to the Chat tab and sees a Coachbit icon instead of their coach's profile image, please email support at support@coachbit.com for assistance in properly setting up your child’s profile and linking it to your Parent Dashboard.
