Yes, you can request a different check-in time for your child’s coaching sessions.


To make this request, you can:

  1. Email Your Coach Directly
    You may reach out to your child’s current coach directly to check if your new preferred time works with their schedule.
  2. Contact Support
    If you prefer, or if your coach is unavailable at the requested time, email our support team at support@coachbit.com with your child’s name and your preferred check-in time.


What Happens Next?

  • If your current coach can accommodate the new check-in time, we’ll update your child’s schedule accordingly.
  • If your current coach is unavailable, we’ll pair your child with a new coach who can meet your preferred time. We’ll confirm the coach and start date with you before making any changes.
