1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- 30-Day Cooling-Off Period: From the moment you start your subscription, you have 30 days to cancel without any reason.
- Full Refund: If you decide to cancel within the 30-day period, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid.
- How to Request Your Refund: Simply email us at support@coachbit.com within the first 30 days, and we will process your refund. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm it within 24 hours, and your refund will be processed within 14 days.
We believe in our services and want you to feel confident about your decision to subscribe. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied within the first 30 days, we will make it right with a full refund!
2. Pre-Paid Plans
The cancellation fee for Pre-Paid Subscriptions or Payment Plans is set at 30% of the unused period, calculated at the standard monthly subscription rate.
3. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your billing period.
- To avoid the next billing cycle, cancel at least 72 hours before the current subscription period ends.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
