What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Deleting your Coachbit App account is a significant step, and we want to make sure you understand what happens to your data.


When does the deletion take effect?

Once you request account deletion from within the Coachbit App (via SettingsEdit ProfileDelete Account), your account will:

  • Be deactivated immediately, and

  • Be permanently deleted after 7 days.

This gives you a short window to change your mind if needed.


What data will be deleted?

When your account is permanently deleted, all of your data will be removed from the app, including (but not limited to):

  • Messages with your coach

  • Photos exchanged

  • Flashcards

  • Reviews

  • Any other interactions or content you’ve added

⚠️ Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.


Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting your Coachbit account does not cancel your active subscription.
