How is attendance tracked?

You can easily monitor your child’s progress and attendance on the Parent Dashboard. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Your Child’s Profile

Go to one of your child's profiles on the Parent Dashboard. Select your child’s profile to see their progress and attendance tracking. Below their name, you’ll find the following options:

  • Progress
  • Habits
  • Statistics
  • Rewards
  • Coach Teams

Step 2: Track Habits

Click on Habits to see which daily habits your child has completed. A ✅ indicates completed habits, while a ❌ shows habits that were not completed.

How Habits Are Tracked:

To count as successfully completed, a habit must be done within its specific routine time constraints. For example:

  • Morning habits (e.g., making the bed) need to be completed in the morning.
  • Evening habits (e.g., organizing the study desk) must be completed at night.

If the habit is completed outside the designated timeframe, it will not count as successfully ticked off. This helps ensure that habits are aligned with your child’s daily routines and encourage consistency.

Step 3: View Attendance in Statistics

Under the Statistics tab, you can view your child’s daily attendance. This section also tracks:

  • The number of messages exchanged between your child and their coach.
  • Your child’s engagement and communication levels, providing insight into their overall participation.

By regularly checking the Parent Dashboard, you can stay informed about your child’s progress and ensure they’re making the most of their coaching experience.
